A, WHAT IS TRAINING?
This program is an exclusive training as an effort to improve the understanding of legislative drafting among functional personnel (legal drafters) and nonfunctional personnel in the formation of legislation.
There are provisions in written legislative drafting that must be understood not only by legislators, but also by those interested, including legal practitioners, academics, activists, students, and others.
A good and in-depth understanding of the systems, techniques, and processes of legislative drafting is an important prerequisite for producing qualitative, aspirational, and responsive legal products.
B. PURPOSE OF TRAINING
In this training, participants will acquire important knowledge about the basic methods about Introduction to the legislative process, Legal Norm Within the Republic of Indonesia, a legislative procedure in Indonesia, structural Breakdown of regulation in Indonesia, and how to draft legislation. it is expected that this training can improve the understanding and skills of functional personnel (legal drafters) and nonfunctional drafters of legislation in legislative drafting and increase knowledge about the process/stages of the formation of legislation in accordance with the legislation.
